How to Install ddpt software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

ddpt software package provides Dump data to and from storage devices, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ddpt

ddpt is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ddpt package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ddpt *

You will get with ddpt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
